The Fishtail work is stronger as a client-family story than as one isolated mortgage app. It combines public mortgage/realty lead journeys with an internal employee-facing workflow system for the same business domain.
Internal workflow
The internal mortgage management app adds the operational side of the same client story: employee roles, validation-heavy forms, document upload, reporting views, and workflow-specific screens.
Why it matters
This is not just a brochure-site project. It covers domain-specific frontend work repeated across public websites, calculators, and internal business software for a single client relationship.

- Owned frontend implementation and UI/UX decisions for the public Fishtail Mortgage and Fishtail Realty sites at Rambler Technologies.
- Worked mostly as the frontend owner on the internal mortgage loan management system for employee workflows.
- Designed validation-heavy calculator forms with immediate output feedback for finance-sensitive user inputs.
- Implemented result and chart components that make mortgage calculations easier to interpret.
- Adapted a shared domain UI pattern across sibling mortgage and realty brands while keeping the calculator experience consistent.
- Built responsive navigation, CTAs, contact flows, SEO-oriented page structure, and legal/compliance link surfaces.
